When I blog, I write about the things He's done in my life, how He has revealed Himself and guided me, the way He has worked through me so that my testimony may work through others. Maybe only one person may read this, but it doesn't matter, because I'd take one over thousands, if that one person were to come to know Jesus. Besides I always know that He'll do the rest, He'll work through the hearts and allow the Holy Spirit to move. Because being a blogger, I do as He has asked of me and have the faith that He'll work out the rest as He has always done. It only takes Faith and His Grace. But if you ever do consider becoming a Christian blogger there are always a few things to consider.
#1. Know what your intentions are Are you writing just for the thrill of it or do you have a goal in mind? There has ben a time in the past where I wrote to guilt others into wanting to read more of my stuff. Although it probably was biblically sound and lined up with the word of God. My heart wasn't in the right place. You need to have mercy and love for others. You need to have good intentions. #2. Your words can tear down or build up others Ever heard of sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. Well whomever ever made up that saying need to have a dictionary thrown at them(not literally). Words do hurt, just like how words can inspire. Use your words wisely. #3. Speak the truth not lies There a lot of religions out there that try to water down the truth because they want to make others feel at home. I don't know about you but I don't want someone telling me a bunch of lies, how would I ever know if I'm really doing what's right or wrong if I'm being told a lie?
